You may return items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The team will assess the item and once satisfied that the problem is a manufacture problem a refund will be issued. No refund will be issued for change of mind. Exchange for a smaller or larger size is welcomed, however a refund may be given, this is at the discretion of the team. Buyer to pay return postage and please supply the team with a tracking number so they can keep track of your item.
You should expect to receive your refund within One week of us receiving your item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Refunds from Afterpay, LayBuy and Hmm, may take a little longer, however please message the team if you have not received it after two Weeks.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If this can not be found, not to worry, just email the team at email@example.com
